Way over the top burned rubber nose and taste...finishes worse. Should have toned down the smoke and peat...undrinkable.

An entirely decent and drinkable whisky for anyone. Is known all around the world. Absolutely a good 'starter whisky'. Easy to find in most any liquor store. Akin to a really good vanilla ice cream - everyone likes it...but probably no one loves it.

Like other submissions of notes, I found it to be unremarkable. The body and finish is pretty good, but the nose is flat and color is not inviting. I could not associate any flavors, other than sherry, to the character of the whiskey. I'm glad that I didn't but a bottle - only enjoyed an airline-sized bottle.
