It has a really strong herbal taste, then it gets spicy. The aftertaste is indeed fruity but you can still perceive the alcohol in it. It is not for beginners because it is in fact strong. It is not that smooth but it has good notes. A good value for its price.

This is one tequila for entry level tasters. It is smooth and the kick is after. You can clearly taste the agave. One of my favorites.
