Neat Review. I must admit... I didn’t think it would live up to the hype, but it’s the kind of bourbon that I tend to enjoy. It’s a beautiful clear medium gold color. Has legs on the glass. At the nose I got a very delicate intensity with sweetness probably from caramel, possibly orange. On the palate it really enveloped the tongue... felt round, tasted woody with that sweetness I mentioned earlier. The finish was long, much more than I expected and went down very smooth. An absolute bargain at $20. 👍🏽19.99 USD per BottleChicago

Neat Review. First, was every bit of its high proof. Tons of heat going in and on the palate... spicy.... I really wasn’t feeling it. I did have a second taste later in the evening because I wanted to give it another chance and I’m glad I did. Although it was still hot at the nose, I felt it settled nicely on the palate this time. Still had some heat but not as overpowering... perhaps because it opened up a bit since sitting? Either way, I did enjoy the Bulleit. Would I buy another bottle myself... probably not, but I wouldn’t shy away from it if offered for sure.Chicago

Henry McKenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 29, 2019 (edited October 19, 2019)Neat Review. At first, you can really smell the alcohol at the nose... nose hairs tingled. I did get some orange peel and maple syrup at the nose... it definitely came in really bold and spicy when it reached the palate, but then you could taste the sweet undertones of caramel & vanilla come thru in a long finish that lingers... it’s a very nice bourbon. It really doesn’t taste like a $30 bottle and by that I mean it isn’t super sweet like candy or just burns with no depth... this one definitely gives you more than your money’s worth. 👍🏽29.0 USD per BottleChicago
