Oak. Spikey. Boozy. Palate is shot so I'll need to revisit another time

Classic bourbon flavor. Straightforward, 94 proof means it's got some prickle from the alcohol, but the corn sweetness punches through. Marischino cherry peeks through. Exactly a bourbon. No more, no less.

Challenging for me because of the proof. Cut with some water, still some spikey alcohol tingle. Sweet corn. Buttery biscuits.

Sweet corn, little rye spice. A little spikey but nothing crazy. Approachable.
