Tasted neat, at room temperature Pale straw color, with thin but steady legs coating the glass. The bouquet offers cooked agave, a touch of oak, and hints of red fruits. Medium body in the mouth, with the flavor of caramel being joined by notes of cherry and spice. The finish is smooth, with alcohol, pepper, and agave making themselves known. A solid beginner’s choice, with little in the way of surprises. Good value at the price, easy to drink.
