For the money, this stuff is the bomb. Sipped slowly, drinking this is like mixing salted peanuts with Swedish Fish. It's a very subtle bourbon with a smoky twist to the traditional banana, caramel, and vanilla finish. If you like your Bourbon in gulps, this is quite a bit different beast, like a smoked turkey and pastrami on rye. Either way the finish is the same.

Bland, but sweet nose. Once you get past the spice, you're rewarded with very subtle complex flavors including smoked cherries and charred oak. The finish is long and wonderful, filled with vanilla, honey, and caramel. This is a VERY subtle bourbon and needs to be served neat to be appreciated. Don't drink this stuff fast, or it loses all its complexity.
