Dates & Figs. Rough up front medium hug. Leather. Minor Tobacco. Great texas whiskey but dont need to do it again.

bit of alchohol forward, not horrible - bit of honey sweet with the caramel - quite smooth almost canadian smooth - a mixer and fine for that. NA

Solid alchy front. Some sweetness. bitnof char comes through. Pretty bad. Might mix. N to the A

Cherry again like thier bourbon but not as thick. Rye spive element but smoothed over. slight honey. no burn.

Slightest underaged oak hint but ok. Not good with Ice Ball. Good char. Small hug and rasp. Cognac evident but subdued. Everything is a factor of the overlying oak. strange since not aged long. Rye spice of course. Caramel sweet... slight.

lots of short bread - rasp at end - mid range hug - brown sugar - packed with flavor - corn sweetness but not overdone - bit of coffee - bit of chocolate - faint cherry on the lead - burnt sugar desert. almost and maybe a hint of orange

Honey caramel. Slightest peat. Biscuit. Smooth. Very nice. Ok to do again

Bit of white pepper too. Nice minor bite that hangs on.

The Orcadian - very smooth for an Islay - Gentlemanly smoke - good - worth the price when you want peat
