Bourbon — KY, USATasted April 28, 2021The alcohol really comes through in this whiskey. Some sweet notes of caramel apple and a tiny bit of cotton candy. Some pecan and leather at the end. A tiny bit of cinnamon. Good whiskey.

Bourbon — Kentucky, USATasted March 16, 2021Nice nose on this whiskey. Sweet, fruity. Vanilla and caramel on the tongue. Very light taste of cigar on the end of the taste. Very easy to drink.

Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Strength
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATasted February 25, 2021Nose is smoky with charred oak. Corn up front with alcohol. Some vanilla and cinnamon with a hint of bubblegum and leather in the middle. Smoke at the end which is mild and an excellent finish.

Lagavulin 9 Year (Game of Thrones-House Lannister)
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTasted February 17, 2021Nose is all smoke and peat with turpentine. Palate is light in malt and heavy on smoky peat. A good Islay whisky. Could use a bit more malt IMHO.
