This is supposed to have spice. Maybe I’m tasting too many bourbons and rye. I don’t taste any spice. It was really a let down. It tasted more like the cider cask than anything. Fruity with a green apple flavor.

Ok, this gives me hope for Irish Whiskey. It has a strong nose of banana and the flavor is still there on the taste. Yummy

Leaving scotch town tonight to go back to some delicious bourbon. 😎 Nose is sweet with a hint of spice. Butterscotch and caramel. Palate: nice oak flavor with a real sweet flavor. Loving that KY hug!

Very sweet. We’ve left bourbon country here. Sweet fruity nose. Apples, light taste. Sweet fruity with a slight hint of woods. Short to moderate finish.
