Nose: brown sugar, maple, malt Palate: almond, cardamom, sugar Finish: long, cherry H2O 1 capful - molasses more forthcoming as well as cherry 2 capful - similar to 1 cap

Nose: maple, hot, Taste: thin, brown sugars, lite spice, lots of American Oak Finish: lingering burn H2O 1 capful - more pronounced Oak, fresh cut wood 2 capful - same as 1 cap with more mellow flavor; favorite 3 capful - too tampered; lose bite of barrel proof
