The body on this wasn’t heavy, but had a good profile that each sip brought different aspects of the flavor profile.

I gambled on this. So far, I’m satisfied. I expected more body. It’s really smooth and aromatic. Someone else mentioned it’s too easy to drink. I can agree to that. I haven’t experimented with any standard drinks like Manhattan or Old Fashioned, but I plan to soon.

It’s perfect neat, it’s great on ice, and I love making Old Fashions with it! All around good bourbon. If you’re a single barrel fan, you’ll find all the things wrong with this bourbon. But you’re adventurous and appreciate the risk-takers, you’ll enjoy this!
