Dewar's Double Double 21 Year
Blended — Scotland
Reviewed December 7, 2021 (edited November 11, 2022)The tasting note is pretty accurate, very rich body, deserish fragrance. Maybe a tad sweeter than macallan double cask 12. Fairly easily appreciable dram, think for 21 years this is a bargain, would keep a bottle always. -
Glenfiddich 12 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed January 12, 2020 (edited January 31, 2020)Nose: butter scotch, slight alcohol burn, vanilla Taste: a little bland, not too much characteristics, smooth as everyday drink Finish: short, herbalish -
Very complex smell, citrus obviously, herbal, alcohol burn not as strong as some other gin. Also don’t know how to describe, but it smells some what aged, like nose really old whisky. Also taste complex on the tongue, salt water toffee, zest, very dry. Finish with a pleasant flowery smell in the mouth.100.0 CAD per Bottle
