£19 from Amazon on black friday 🔥🔥 beautiful drink - apple pie, liquorice, treacle, cherry and a little aniseed. Can see why so many beers are aged in BT barrels as the flavours really suit imperial stouts and barley wines.

Another 30th present, nice engraved bottle. Had low expectations given the average rating, but it’s actually pretty good. Sweet, caramel, lightly peated and a little smoke.

Oh that is wonderful. On Nectar Card offer for £30 in Sainsbury’s so had go and grab one. Really well balanced flavours - peaty, but not quite as much as an Islay. There’s a salinity, along with toffee, caramel, peppercorn, smoke and slightly spicy finish. A new favourite
