Taster at tour, caramelly

Aniseed, red wine, spicy and earthy. Bit of a burn, lets you know its there. There’s kind of an oiliness to it

Meh, peppery, floral and not very smooth. Jameson’s is cheaper and better

This is lovely, super peaty and smokey

I froze it like they suggested. I’m not knowledgeable enough on whisky like I am beer, so struggle a bit with the tasting note, but getting a bit of banana, malt, oak, caramel, honey, smokey and a hint of pear which I don’t associate with highland whisky - very warming on finish
