Solid bourbon. Very hot when drinking neat (even for a full proof) but settles in nicely with a big cube. Sweetness comes with the added water.

My first pour of this one. Nose is very nice. Smoke and oak on the initial taste but I definitely got some sweeter notes on the finish. Reminds me of my first taste of EC18 right after opening. Hopefully this one settles in to be as good. There’s definitely some promise here.

First pour and very impressed. Sweet and spicy!

I’m just being stingy with my rating. This bourbon is a solid 5/5. One of the best! Last pour of my 2016 bottle. Hope the 2019 is as good.
