2020 bottle. The winner from a stacked tasting. Goes into barrel low proof (104) and comes out relatively low at 114. There is nothing harsh about it. Herbal tea on nose. Candied orange and honeysuckle on palate. Finish is wood, but not nearly too much, and light cinnamon stick, with of course a lengthy finish. It’s gosh damn amazing

Man oh man this is better than the hype. The proof is shocking, but it’s better for it. Aroma is baker’s chocolate, dulce de leche, green tea, vanilla cream. Loads of body, it’s big. Long finish, some red hots. Following sweet BBQ ribs, it becomes sweeter.

Barrel aged intense maple syrup for aroma. The leftover liquid from bananas foster. Palate a little light for what the nose presents

Dark chocolate chips for aroma. Long rye finish. Candied walnuts take this for a fun ride. Gets a little squashed by others from this tasting

Fusel nose, wafts of enjoyable essence. Palate is so extremely disappointing it hurts. Tasted like water was added. Finish is long and oaky

Drank this in a rush. Don’t think it was nearly worth it

Nearly alcohol free. All the flavor, none of the burn

Dark, not as fragrant in a rye way, little bit of sweetness
