Tasting Notes
"Classic bourbon flavors - caramel, vanilla, leather, spice. Age sometimes adds flavor nuances, sometimes it taketh away. In this case, it does mellow out a little early on the palate, ending somewhat hot. Still, there is an elegance there, as the classic flavors mentioned are nicely balanced with each other, even not much else seems to come through. Then again, maybe with seniority comes the right to exist on the merits you've earned over the years."
