Tastes

Nose: vanilla, carmel Palate: sweet, vanilla, rye herbalness and spice. Finish: nice peppery finish with some grassy herbal notes. Some oaky notes as well. Overall, an excellent bourbon! I like that it is bottled in bond, too.
