Tastes

Sweet and spicy. Like Honey with black pepper and thyme/rosemary. Was great neat and found the flavor super interesting compared to similarly priced bourbons and Irish. Will buy again if I can find it!

I get honey, Italian sweet cream, and lite vanilla Italian soda. If I’m coming off something heavier, I’ll get some green apple. Easy to sip. Goes in anything. Hard to go wrong with it!

Toasted Marshmellow/Butterscotch/Thick melted butter on hot blueberry scones. Depending on what I’ve had before it I’ll get some wood and spice.
