First taste: neat. Too strong for me!! Went straight to diluting, about 2 parts scotch, 1 part chilled water. Now, too dilute. Second taste: 1 cube ice. I let it fully melt. Really opens up the drink. Nose is light, floral. Palate is briny, salt water, campfire, peat, band-aids. Not overpowering with the ice, and also not too watered down. Very unique, very good. If you like Laphroaig, give this a try.85.0 USD per Bottle

Compass Box The Peat Monster (Classic Brown Label)
Blended Malt — Scotland
Reviewed January 5, 2019 (edited January 11, 2019)Salty and smoked fish nose. Palate was not as expected based on what I smelled. Campfire and salt water with the Highlands hiding in the background. Interesting taste. Doubtful I’d buy again, not that it isn’t good, because it is, it just is not my preference.70.0 USD per Bottle -
White Walker by Johnnie Walker
Blended — Scotland
Reviewed December 14, 2018 (edited September 3, 2019)Being a fan of GoT, I had to buy this. After tasting, I can now say I had to regretfully buy this. Nose is sweet and light with a hint of chemical. Bland flavor for the most part. Strong vanilla notes. Chemical and acid finish that lingers. I tried this neat, as I prefer my scotch that way. Perhaps chilled/frozen as marketed will change the flavor profile. Will update if/when I try it again. Yes, you heard me right.45.0 USD per BottleMeijer
