Tastes

Sweet nose - tropical fruit, pineapple, vanilla, light sulfur, saltiness. Palate - Bursting flavors. Some light smoke and peat. Jolly rancher. Tangy sherry sweetness. Long mouth watering/puckering finish.

Light nose - some smoke and lemon cream. Big and rich palette smoke, sherry sweetness, citrus, butterscotch. Full body and long rich finish.

Red apple on the nose. Freshly baked biscuit. Sweet development with a tart finish. More red apple throughout.

Great nose neat: tons of vanilla, caramel, oak. Everything you’d expect from a stellar bourbon. Too hot to sip, but with some water all those flavors translate into the taste. Rich, creamy, lingering.

Smoke, red apple, fresh fruit nose. Smoke hits the tip and sides of your tongue...in a good way. Taste and finish like if you took a bite of BBQ’d pork and cinnamon apple sauce.

Smells and tastes of banana cream pie. Sweet, balanced with some spice. Lemon curd. Full bodied and tasty.

Nose: red apple, light smoke, brine, rich caramel. After some time, vegetal notes. Eucalyptus. Vick’s vaporub (but not in a bad way). Taste: bursting with flavor. Earthy peat, light brown sugar, fruity, tangy. Water brought out more spice. Salty peanuts.

Best with a touch of water. Nose of smoke, butterscotch, and a little lemon. Sweet on the palette with some oak and smoke on the finish.
