Smooth and even on the tongue with gentle floral flavors throughout. Works well in simple cocktails like a Godfather or Buck. It's a good entry point to Irish Whisky given it's wide availability and low cost.

Works well as a mixer with bright notes of spring honey and gentle caramel flavors. Not a well refined whiskey, but gets 3 ⭐'s for it's value.

Reminds me of a party on the beach; sea salt and campfire. The peat and salt come on quick and a bit of barrel notes fight their way through to the forefront. The burn is medium-light, but the flavors, primarily smoked salmon, stick around.

Very smooth and easy to drink. Best in a cocktail - I go with a simple highball.
