Reviewed March 8, 2018 (edited January 4, 2019)Maple syrup and brown sugar over oatmeal greet the nose as a hint of black pepper follows close behind. There is a medium burn that lingers like a bite of hot salsa. It is approachable and works well as an introduction to rye.
