This is a fantastic 100 Proof bourbon whiskey. Definitely on the sweeter side. Smooth no burn finish after your first sip. The best part of this bourbon is the price. All of the other Heaven Hill offerings are above +$100 but this entire bottle was $40. Highly recommend this bourbon for easy 100 proof drinkability.

Willett Small Batch. Sweetness hits you right away with a smooth no burn finish. Definitely taste the honey and cinnamon flavor with every sip.

Caramel with sweet notes. Has somewhat of a burn with it but a smooth finish.

Taste caramel, cinnamon, cinnamon, vanilla. It has a hotness to it, but it doesn’t linger and it’s pretty smooth. Overall, a pretty good 100 proof single barrel bourbon.

Hits you with a smooth flavor. First wheated Bourbon. Has a sweetness to it then a very slight hint of bitterness. Pretty good overall. Interesting John E. Fitzgerald backstory.
