Tastes

Wow... really?! This is what all the hype is about? This is the first MGP distilled liquid that I have ever tasted that I’ve actively not enjoyed at all. Overly sweet and flabby on the front and rubbery funk (in a bad way) to finish. Nasty.

I have no idea with the “expert reviewer” was smoking when he tasted this but his tasting notes are almost unrecognizable to the whisky I was drinking - which if you are interested reminded me of coconut, caramel boiled candy, lemon sherbet and a multitude of deliciousness. But each to their own. Beauty is in the mouth of the beholder. Or something like that ;-)

I just don’t get what all the hype is about. I was part of an extensive tasting of Waterford and found it to be uniformly mediocre (at best). I hope future releases show more promise.

An absolute classic. Delicious as ever!

Really very good. And unusual! I’m stocking up on this one whilst I can.
