Tastes

This is what I want in a high proof whiskey. So complex and delicious. Notes of toffee, caramel, vanilla, barrel char, and oak tannins. So delicious!

Nose is heavy maple, caramel, toffee. Taste doesn't follow. Interesting toasted nuts, toasted orange, oak oils. There's a flavor in there i can't quite place. Enjoyable elixir.
