Tastes

On the nose, honey, floral, and butter. Nice on the pallet very pleasant classic butter scotch and honey. For the price point a very strong choice. Classic flavor. A great ever day drinker.

On the nose, woody spicy. Slightly hot. On the pallet spicy, the heat is normal not like you would expect from the nose. A little vanilla. Pleasant finish.

On the nose a little honey and pear. On the pallet, a touch of floral? The start is very light. The finish slightly like a flavored cough drop finish.

On the nose brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger bread maybe. Very nice for the high abv number. On the pallet I enjoy it a lot. Cinnamon roll, oak and some rye bread. Brown sugar with a kick for sure, dark cherry in the background. Nice flavor for that proof.

Nose is pleasant. Butter and short bread. Pallet is very easy to drink. Nothing complex but is a little spice and maybe hint of short bread. Again nothing complex but a pleasant easy drink.

On the nose nice red plum note with some butter scotch. Very pleasant. On the pallet I don't get that fruity taste. Slightly dry slightly spicy with hint of grain/grass?

On the nose some sandalwood, oak and a little vanilla. Taste of carmel, vanilla, dry with a long spicy carmel spice backend.

On the nose very floral almost like floral candle or a mix of the smells in a floral candle section of bed bath and beyond. Maybe pomegranate with sherry? The palate seems very complex. Maybe prune, sherry with a finish like a stout/dark beer. Very complex and always changing. Nice and challenging.

On the nose fruit cake, honey with a herbal note. On the pallet a little honey cough drop with a peppery finish. You can also sense the red wine.

Nose hits with an old grass, maybe like the grass that clings to the bottom of a lawn mower? Maybe a old fruit note. I little floral note and slight honey. The taste is very honey. One of the most honey flavored Irish that I have had. Also Carmel There is also a floral taste. Very nice. Very old school taste if that is a thing. I enjoy this a lot.
