    Always the biggest treat when I find it!! Black pepper and stone fruit on the nose, sweet, smooth, decadent, and a bit spicy. Long lingering smoky leather finish. So damn good.

    Always a favorite dram. So glad to be able to sit inside Matsu again! Smooth toasted rich caramel flavor, ending with a woody mineral finish (almost a bitter dark cocoa flavor) with lingering slate.

    I like the nose: caramel toasty notes. Most of those disappear on the tongue, though. Ends up super spicy ginger with not a lot of body. Lingering oversteeped black tea tannin with some baking spices.

    I really enjoyed this, lots of green apple on the nose. Very fruity and sweet in body. Really interesting cask flavors, particularly some roasty vanilla flavor.

    I really really enjoy this. Drinking this over ice or with something bitter is fantastic (think campari or gentian in a modified negroni). I am absolutely obsessed with the flavor of bergamot, so the cirtusy almost earl grey flavor of this liqueur is right up my alley. It is a bit sweeter than I typically like to drink straight, but the flavor is so good I cannot stop myself.

    Sweet carmel on the nose, with brown sugar. Some strong alcohol nose, not surprising with the ABV. Initial woody sweet hit, followed immediately by the burn, which you should be prepared for. Lingering sweet fruit and almost creamy chocolate notes. Long finish on this beast.

    If you are looking for a legitimately spicy and warming ginger liqueur, this fits the bill. Still fairly sweet, so don't add additional sweet to any cocktail you build until you taste. Nice to experiment with, but far too sweet to drink straight up.

    Neat dram. Sweet agave candy with a hint of camp smoke on the nose. Very slight acetone as well, but not enough to be off putting. Super smooth agave, fruit and floral with char. Super yummy dram, well worth a look. Shared with @Elw00t, well appreciated.

    Aromas of cocoa and cardamom, with some apple. Melts onto your to guess like the smoothest chocolate, with tastes of raisin and oak. Finishes pretty dry, with some oak tannins and a hint of woodsmoke.

    Raisins and a hint of woodsmoke on the nose. Oak dark fruit and vanilla with a hint of smoke and liquorice. Finish is red fruit and citrus on the back of the tongue.
