One of the best kept secrets and overlooked bottles. For all those chasing Weller, looking for a wheated bourbon that pass on this bottle, I feel sorry for you. This is an exceptionally smooth 7 Year that is always available, never overpriced, and packed with vanilla and dark honey flavors, good barrel character with a hint of graham cracker. If you haven’t tried this, you’re missing out.

Excellent straight rye that does the grain justice. Full bodied, with bold robust rye spice and smooth but lingering finish. Worth every penny.

Kentucky Bourbon with California wine barrels. Didn’t know what to expect but was surprisingly balanced, dangerously easy to drink, with dark fruit notes and honeycomb/vanilla nose. Sweet fort ward and medium finish. Couldn’t ask for more from a $30 bottle - it’s a creative bourbon that delivers through and through. 5 Stars.

Not their best... the 12 Year and Single Barrel Picks are far greater values. The oak is prominent and the balance is off. Has a shorter finish with a butterscotch aftertaste.

Fun bottle to pick up in Louisville at the Urban Stillhouse. Packed full of flavor, sweetness and nice finish.

Really falls flat, and feels imbalanced and hot up front with weaker vanilla and caramel. Better to trade up to a Knob Creek Single Barrel for a bit more $. Luckily this was not overpriced.

Let this one sit in the glass for 5-10 min, and it’s a totally different experience. dark fruit comes out and the complexity shines. Really loved this bottle - saw a review on IG and bought one at Total Wine & More.

Strong campfire forward, slight damp/tobacco notes, char finish, long lasting flavor. Lingers a lot.

This is an interesting whiskey because it begins with a bright apple flavor and vanilla character that folds into more of an almost floral finish. It is easy to drink at 50%, and does not need ice. It's a very unique thing the brand did putting corn whiskey with Japanese wood. So cool. When I finish the first bottle, if I see another I would buy again. Recommended.

Incredible value rye that delivers in flavor and proof! Makes amazing cocktails too.
