Color: Strong Gold Nose: Green apple, charred wood, vanilla, crème brulee, seaweed/wet grass, smoky, and saltwater. Palate: Charred oak, smoke, peat, spicy/peppery, tobacco, slated caramel, and vanilla. Finish: Long with smoke, spicy, subtle vanilla sweetness, and some leathery notes. With water added, the salty caramel becomes more robust with honey and butterscotch sweetness arising and the finished is slightly shorter.

Redbreast 12 is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and matured for at least 12 years in American ex-bourbon and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This maturation process instills the robust and complex sherry style distinctive qualities that are truly breathtaking. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, Redbreast 12 is bottled at a gentle 80 proof/40% ABV. Color: Copper Gold Nose: Rich fruitiness, red berries, sherry, nutty (almonds/cashews), creamy sweetness, floral, and toasted wood. Palate: Silky and smooth, red berries, buts, charred oak, leather, sherry, creamy, and mild spiciness. Finish: Long and spicy, lingering sherry, leather, and toasted wood.

Color: Dark bronze Nose: Rye, dark chocolate, lemon pepper, orange peel, oak, mint, and black licorice. Palate: Pepper, spicy, charred oak, orange peel, vanilla, and of course rye. The spice starts off as a cinnamon spice then within a few seconds the palate gets hit with strong rye spice. Finish: Long, rye spice, charred oak and fading vanilla.

Color: Bright Gold Nose: Gloral, honey, sweet creamed corn, banana, oakiness, and a touch of vanilla. Palate: Green apple, vanilla, caramel, creamed corn, and heather. Finish: Semi-sweet vanilla, subtle spices/touch of pepper, and oakiness.

Color: Bronze Nose: Smoky, peaty, caramelized sugar, peaches, orange, oak, vanilla. Palate: Smoke, firewood, burnt marshmallow, liquorish, vanilla, pepper. Finish: Smoke, pepper, smooth, peat, leather, medium.

Coor: Light Gold Nose: Sour green apple, dried banana, almonds, cherries, sourdough, spice. Palate: Sour green apple, spicy, thick and oily. Finish: Short, spicy, black liquorish, oaky.

Color: Deep Brown Nose: Vanilla, orange marmalade, pineapple, caramel, almonds, red apple. Palate: Vanilla, oily, thick, sweetness from the aroma fades. Finish: Medium, holds the vanilla, spice, oakiness.

Color: Golden Brown Nose: Vanilla, honey, red berries, banana, cake, pleasantly light. Palate: Fruity (red berries), vanilla, honey, marmalade, oily. Finish: Medium finish, smooth, calming, honey, banana.

Color: Golden Amber Nose: Green apple, orange marmalade, mango, honey sweetness, hints of nuts and oak, light smoke. Palate: Smokiness, oak, orange peel, oily, sweet, green apple, honey. Finish: Nutty, smoke, peat, wood, sweetness fades a little, long.
