Pretty good. Malty and honey on the nose. Wife smelled molasses and maybe that’s there. Nutty and rich on the palate. Mild smoke on the finish. McCormacks Whisky Grill $13 USD per pour

Spicy on the palate initially and really warm finish. That great bourbon warmth in the chest. For the high proof quite drinkable. Vanilla comes through. McCormacks Whisky Grill $14 USD per pour

After having a pour of Redbreast 12 last night, the differences are clear. Bit less smooth than RB12. And the nose here is big on apple/pear. Sweet honey on the back. Very good.
