Tastes

Added two drop of water. Look: Dark amber appearance, with slow moving 1/8" wide legs upon swirl Nose: Maple syrup, corn, ripe fruit. Taste: New oak barrels, then it's all pretty sweet. Too sweet for me. Cinnamon sugar. Finish: Longer than expected, but still medium, a little touch of chocolate.

Tin, pineapple, and agave on the nose. Taste is lots honey drizzled oats. Some woody notes, but no smoke at all. Not bad, very drinkable. Finish leaves much to be desired. Single malt, yes, but it's young.
