Nice entry from bourbon to scotch. Very fruity and sweet with scotch notes throughout. Very enjoyable and easy drinker for the price

Very sweet nose - butterscotch and chocolate. Taste is also pretty sweet for a rye, some spice to round it out. Very solid juice

This is phenomenal. Balanced, oaky, vanilla. Lingers. It’s what you want in bourbon

Approachable. Good amount of port notes throughout. Heavy grainy, maybe a little young. Not much typical oak flavor you get in bourbon. Some spice but rounded. Good port finish, wish it had a little more bourbon notes but it doesn’t disappoint as a port finish

All around, really good. Welcoming sweet smell. Buttery butterscotch vanilla taste that finishes with spice and lingers for a while. It’s everything you want in a bourbon, but nothing specifically stands out. Would buy again, every time

Plenty of honey and cinnamon spice throughout. Seems to be under appreciated and a good buy in the $30-$40 price range

Might like slightly better than the four year family reserve rye. Typical notes of caramel but some fruit and grain pops up. Easy drinker and an ice cub helps open it up. Bottle might be a little cooler than the actual juice. A solid “B- to B” grade but for $50 it leaves just a little something short. But good to have one in the collection as a talking piece. Would buy again when it’s gone but don’t need an extra just laying around

Just won in a blind taste test against Weller SR, Russell’s single barrel rye, and Jefferson oceans. Nutty sweat aroma, bold well rounded palate; medium to long finish. Great value for $25

I will never buy this for the price. It’s tannic and not great. Pick up some of the char but it seems thin and lacking bourbon flavor

Rye grain and cherry on the nose. Thin, spicy and a medium finish that is again, light. It’s good in an old fashion but I like the bonded more
