A limited edition. I am still figuring it out but I like it.

Like a better version of Talisker 10 which is already great. The precocious 10 year old goes through puberty and becomes a mature adult. The Talisker profile of brine/sea and smoke with additional sweetness and refinement. It's like they rounded some of the sharp edges off the 10 year. Those sharp edges are good and give character that is enjoyable but this makes it a more subtle and nuanced dram. Very well balanced. I much prefer Talisker to the overpowering Islay whiskeys which I am still trying to understand...

One of the best values in Single Malt. I never liked whisky due to family drinking grain spirits (Dewars, Vodka, etc.) and not my jams. I tried this at Talisker with no expectation and it changed my life. I am a single malt addict now. Sweet and spicy and smoky as it evolves on your palate. Thanks Talisker! (I have since turned several others on to this... I could be the Nick Offerman of Talisker)

Great value. Vanilla and Fruity. A little young and boisterous with some harsh notes but for the price, it's really good.

Amazing flavors. Very fruity and so refined. It's like drinking velvet.

Lived up to the hype. Unique flavor profile with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, stone fruits. Really special stuff. I will always try to have a bottle around. I salute the "16 men of Tain!"
