Isn't this named Lessons Honored not Lessons Learned? Only tasted once so will update this next time I have some. On first taste it was a little too harsh for me, but will try again after it has sit on the shelf for a bit.

Revisited this bottle this weekend after not touching it for maybe 9 months. Man what was I waiting for? This is so much better than I remember! This bottle with be emptied over the next week or so.

I am now on my 2nd bottle. It's expensive, but it's one bottle I think is worth it. Increasing my rating from 4.5 to 5. Now I have to figure out how to make this last. It's so tasty I can't stop drinking it!

I think some of the YouTuber's have underrated this bottle. For $100 I find this to be an excellent value. It's very smooth and a little on the lighter side. Nice wood flavors and I always find myself thinking of raspberries when I taste this bourbon.

At $160 I really don't want to like it, but I can't help myself. It is very good and has all the flavors I love about Bourbon. But it's $160 :(

A pretty typical rye. Light and spicy with a strong ginger note. It is smooth, but I expect more wood flavors from a 12 year old whiskey. Very easy to drink and a good value.

Really enjoyable. Sweet and spicy overall. Flavors of butterscotch with some maple syrup, but also spicy. This one may be good enough to warrant buying a backup.

I love this whiskey. It's like a Black Forest Cake. Dark chocolate, cherry, with some coffee and a hint of tobacco. Unique and delicious.
