Definitely can taste the banana!! It’s just too much for me. I wouldn’t even classify this as a bourbon. You can enjoy this pour, but not if you’re in the mood for bourbon.

This is the Experimental Series; Release #2. The flavor you get from it being finished in a used Imperial Stout Barrel makes this bourbon unique. The chocolate flavor is quite noticeable but not too overpowering. I will enjoy drinking this one occasionally and I will keep the pours to myself. If you have the chance (probably not), I would definitely recommend this for it’s uniqueness.

The initial taste was citrus/floral. After the first sip, that flavor somewhat faded and it was more pleasurable to drink (the initial flavor was overpowering). It is a controversial bourbon that gets a lot of hate. I actually enjoy it because the flavor profile is different from the other bourbons that I have.
