Tastes

Very earthy and smoky with lots of evergreen, and rounded oily mouth feel. I enjoyed it more once the ice cube diluted it a bit! Added a little lime closer to the end but felt as though the citrus threw off the balance of what was otherwise a complex and delicious libation.

This is one of my favorite mezcal brands on the market. Complex enough to drink neat, and also makes a great cocktail base! Grapefruit and/or lime and ice makes for a ‘slimple’ and refreshing libation 🍹
