Its not horrible.. but its also a bit of a chore to chew. If you want a start with peated scotch, there are better intros even at the price point.

This is a bold Makers. It hits without pause and does not let go. Strong oak and vanilla flavors and a tingly long lasting finish. If you like robust oak, this years Wood Finishing Series is for you.

Floral and toasted marshmellow notes on the nose, vanilla pear and spices on the tounge. A mid-full finish that leaves one pining for more. All in all I will return to this one frequently.
