Tastes

Sadly there's nothing there... just a weak rum taste. It's almost as if you get no benefits of a good rye and no benefits of a good rum. I think, ultimately, the low proof kills it. The average person might call it "smooth" but I call it "a waste."

Got it on a whim on sale after seeing surprisingly good reviews here. First pour from the bottle was... underwhelming. Cinnamon, a little oak, huge smack of spicy rye, caramel, and not much else. “Invest” your money in a guaranteed better bottle and try this at a bar. Huge let down.
