Pleasently surprised by this run, hints of pecan and Carmel. Easy to consume and I'd reccomend neat

I was in New Orleans for Tales of The Cocktail and discovered this Louisiana made rum! Ryan at Cure introduced me to this neat and in a classic Daiquiri. Wow! For 101 proof you have a rum you could sip neat and you wouldn't know it's overproof. I took a peak at the distillery website and come to find out, this rum has won Double Gold Medal at San Francisco Spirits 2 years in a row.
