For the entry level bourbon it is very good. Relatively smooth and the 47.5 ABV can steal up on you if you're not careful.

The rye definitely comes through but unlike most rye whiskies it isn't necessarily hot on the finish. Very smooth and could be a steal depending on the price where you find it

Not overpowering on the nose as well as an almost naturally sweet finish that comes across with a slight sherry finish. Definitley not overpowering like other sherry cask finished whiskies. Would absolutely recommend if you can find.

Drinks almost like a scotch, very light however. Definitely notice those light floral undertones towards the end mentioned in the main review
