Super low expectations, pleasantly surprised. Sweet smoothess. Hints of fruit.

Pick from Mulligans that I picked up in Clarksville TN, barrel number 2178. Six years old. Fruity acidic mustynes. Not great.

Fruit sweetness.

Sweet. And yeah it takes like cookie dough. Or artificial cookie dough. Not awful if you have a sweet tooth, kinda nice actually. Find it works well when cut with....bourbon. Go half Cookie Dough, half something like Wild Turkey 101 to cut the sweetness and bring back some of the bourbon, while not losing the cookie dough flavor.
