Nose: clear cinnamon and nutmeg throughout the nose. Near the end there are notes of brioche and honey with the occasional apricots. Palate: a wonderful balance or oak, sweetness, and even warm spice. Lingering notes of sultanas, mint, and even cinnamon dusted pastries. A very soft mouthfeel. Great bourbon for cocktails or on the rocks. Works wonders when sipped around a campfire with friends

Nose: there is a creamy savoury notes that lead into cured meats with a touch of horseradish. Palate: very soft peat and a touch of clove, apple and pear. Even some hints of menthol when water is added. A great entry level peat whisky with only hints of smoke. Great for a gift or a novice enthusiast.
