Drinking neat I want to like this more, but there is a medicinal oak note that I can’t get over. I won’t dump it out, but I won’t drink it neat anymore.

Drinking neat Nose: Sweet maple, Light oak, light ethanol considering the proof. I get a lot of cinnamon on the retro-nasal. Palette: Drinks warm, but incredibly easy drinking considering. Sweet I'm so thankful that this is an available product and at such a reasonable price.

Drinking neat Nose: light vanilla, light oak, sweet smelling like warm sugar. Maybe cotton candy? Palette: light spice, vanilla, and oak. Sweet and savory notes balance very well. Well rounded and overall subdued bourbon. Easy drinking neat, but could get lost in a mixed drink. Really great value!

Drinking neat Nose: heavy oak, vanilla, something about the smell makes me think it is young, but I can’t quite peg it. Palette: spice, metallic Drinks hot for 90 proof.

Drinking neat Nose: vanilla cream, a little cherry. Palette: vanilla cream, oak, light spice. Tastes like it smells, and it smells good!

Spice that slowly fades

Oak, lots of oak. Strange aftertaste. Unable to identify.
