Marshmallow dominates the nose with caramel apple riding shotgun. Light and fruity on the palate with a forgettable finish.

Aromas of smoked venison and laphroig-like iodine. Continues on the palate with the game meat coming to the forefront and notes of grilled pineapple in the background. The bright salinity carries throughout and provides great lift.

Wonderful! Sweeter aromas of caramel red apples and soft baking spice. Very rich and full on the palate. Vanilla, orange, caramel, nutmeg all rolling around together. Really opened up with a touch of water. Can’t wait to keep drinking this!

Ethanol in the nose is a bit off-putting. Corn crushes it on the palate, along with some raw cereal meal and mild spice. Finishes with character that reminds me of yeast. Almost similar to a beer wort.

Tons of fruit on the nose; pear and apricot with apple and floral notes. Sweeter on the palate with honeyed layers and a soft spice. Rich and unctuous and I can’t get enough!

Orange peel and dried apricot dominate on the nose. Somewhat bitter spice of clove/allspice on the palate and feels pretty thin and weak throughout. Never would have guessed an abv over 40. Tries to swing big, but lacks the complexity a great whisky needs.

Pops of vanilla in the nose with notes of cut grass. Super soft on the palate with mild spice and woody notes. Fades into a quick finish.

Surprisingly floral. Orange blossom and honeysuckle on the nose. Sweet banana cream and vanilla bean on the palate. Very mild spice on the finish.
