Tastes

Nice copper color, aromas of caramel, light oak, and coconut. Very light flavor/burn up front with growing notes of whole grain bread, a bit of nuttiness & wheat, and small alcohol burn. Overall, very light bodied, and sweet finish with little burn. Easy drinking and decent value but look towards Antique or 12 for a more robust, flavorful bourbon.

Amber-ruby color - very striking colors brought from port. Very strong aromas of almond and vanilla through out. Rye notes up front with slight alcohol burn in the middle, finishing with the sweet nuttiness and port. Very complex dram with a distinct roasted almond flavor- great buy for price.

Deep copper color, aromas of caramel, leather, coconut, and a slight bit of nail polish. Strong alcohol burn up front with caramel and coconut throughout, lingering finish. Decent dram but much better bourbons out there for price.

Appearance - deep copper/amber color. Brilliantly clear Aroma - Green apple, bubble gum/cotton candy, light caramel, very very light oak notes with slight smoke and vanilla. Smells very sweet. Taste: Candied green apple, slight smoky body with caramel and oak notes. High ethanol burn sneaks in at the end with a lingering aftertaste of oak and berries. Slight peanut brittle finish on the end. Mouthfeel- Light-bodied upfront with medium legs Finish: Very dry, astringent finish with notes of alcohol and oak. Not my favorite bourbon, despite my preference towards higher ABV’s. Tastes too fruity and too young. 2 Stars - I️ wouldn’t buy an entire bottle/would be disappointed if I️ bought a dram in a bar, but certainly wouldn’t dump it.
