Tastes

While I’m not a big fan of original Jameson this is a step in the right direction! The stout cask gives this a chocolate (more of a bitter dark chocolate to me) with maybe some hazelnut in the back. A little spiciness and a slight bit of oak up front. Not a bad spirit!

Spicy, full bodied,leather with some nutty under tones. Maybe some fruits hidden in there. Excellent bourbon! Add a little water and let it sit for just a minute and you get even more aroma and taste!
