Nose: Fruity -> cherry, Earthy -> yeast, sour dough, fresh dirt, grain, dill, Sweet -> honey, caramel, bubble gum flavor. Taste: Cherry, sour dough, bread, yeasty, Spices, pepper, Finish: Long and dry, with green apple notes

Classic high rye bourbon. Nose: caramel, toffee (heath bar?), coffee, oak, vanilla, "rye" spice notes (pepper?) Taste: Vanilla, caramel, maple, spice (pepper? cinnamon?) Finish: "Rye" spice notes really come through, pepper in particular
