The botanicals used give roku a unique flavor profile with a pepper and cherry finish. The distinct smell of yuzu comes through on the nose. A solid not overly complex gin that works for almost every cocktail.

It's become a go-to for me at a nice price point. More citrus and spice comes through with the longer aging and higher rye while still having a nice sweetness. Lingers kindly on the nose without much of a burn. Very nice chilled or as an old fashioned

Straight forward, unoffensive bourbon. Best for mixing with a mild sweetness and a touch of spice. Lots of vanilla comes through. Get the 101 for neat or rocks pours and spirit forward cocktails.
