Pierwszy kontakt całkiem ostry. Na nosie dużo dymu, jest on jednak całkiem delikatny. Jest lekko pikantna, słona na języku mniej dymu niż na nosie. Średnio długi finisz.

Oleisty, słodki lekko dymny. Wywołuje wrażenie słodkiego nieupieczonego ciasta gdy trzyma go się w ustach. Bardzo delikatne nuty korzenne. Całkiem osty.
